Atmosphere is always friendly, it’s clean and they mostly run to time. I’m always very happy with my nails and they are always willing to try new designs when I ask. My (gel and shellac) nails never chip and they last for up to three weeks. The hand massage they sometimes provide should be offered all the time - it’s so relaxing and finishes the whole nail experience brilliantly. I definitely recommend Planet Nails, Henley.
