I booked a Manicure + Shellac with Millie through Treatwell but ended up having the service done by Loan. He did an absolutely great job so I’m always very happy by the level of detail and attention he has. Just one advice however, when someone books a service with a nail technician, that means that they want the nail technician they chose to do their nails and not the first one available. In my case I have never had a problem with having someone else, but other customers might not like it!
