Did not clean up cuticles, massage hands, or clean up nail polish from around fingernails. Not enough staff for pre-booked services. Overall disappointed with this experience and service.

Accommodating team. I let them know that I was in a hurry so all I wanted was to remove my gel from my hands and toes even though my appointment included other services, and they made sure it was done as fast as possible.
