The pedicure I received was of very low quality. The old nail polish was removed poorly and smeared over my toes. The new nail polish was applied sloppily. I did not have time to sort this while at the salon as I needed to leave to pick my child up from nursery but I am very dissatisfied. I’ve visited Planet Nails before and had a good experience, but on this occasion the technician was simply not up to scratch. I’ve emailed photos of the pedi but haven’t heard back from the salon at all. :(
