I purchased a regular manicure with a chrome-look nail polish as an added service, and paid it in full via Treatwell website. However, at the venue I was told this type of effect can only be applied with gel nail polish. I wanted a refund for the extra service, but they said they can't guarantee whether I will get it if I request it via Treatwell. They offered the option to not do my manicure, but instead do a gel nail polish, for an additional payment. I accepted this. Lasted about a week.
