Fantastic super fast, efficient and friendly

Went for a Hollywood wax: Unhygienic. Awful results, left BLEEDING as she ripped off a deep sliver of my skin with the wax due to poor technique. She put the wax in areas it should never go: then ripped off the wax. On top of it, she left lots of patches of hair where she was supposed to wax. I am not fully waxed and in pain (still an open wound) days later from where she injured me.

I had a nice manicure after making a last minute lunchtime booking. I picked the right time as they started to get very busy with walk-ins & other bookings had to wait. Absolutely silent though, like everyone was afraid to speak! I also got a bubble or a bit of varnish stuck under my varnish on one nail, which the technician ignored and carried on instead of fixing, which is a bit annoying as I didn't notice until I was under the dryer & didn't have time to ask her to re-do. Nice overall though.
