I was very disappointed in the first minute. I booked appointment for acrylic extension. They said it actually cost more. We agreed I pay the difference. On my toes we ended up doing gel which I was happy to do so it’s cheaper and no need for extra payment but I got a different colour from what I chose. The lady was not happy with my colour, she said I need a darker one from my nails so she done it under the table. I couldn’t see until it was ready. On top of these when another professional tried to remove the acrylic we realised they used MMA a cheap and harmful monomer. It left marks on my nail and took ages to get rid of it.

Wanted dip nails and made sure to say that I didn’t want them to be see through. Dip ended up being see through after 2 layers so they decided to paint over with a gel polish. Basically got dip for no reason and the colour that was painted over looks matte and wasn’t anything close to what the initial dip colour looked like on the sample. I didn’t get what I asked for and when I showed my friends they agreed. I will be getting it removed, sadly a waste of £43.

It’s my first time and I will definitely be back, really pleased with my nails. My nail technician was friend, efficient and your work was excellent.
Booking system is great and I was in and out within the scheduled time.
