Really disappointed. They always seems to overbook. Didn't start my pedi on time and despite explaining I had somewhere else to be and can't reschedule without my work calendar, tried very hard not to refund me because it would cost them via treatwell. Finally agreed refund but I still haven't had any conformation that my money is being refunded

I am so pleased Planet Nails has opened! It is conveniently located near my office and easy to book appointments. The staff are generally friendly and provide a good service. They can be a little overpriced but I am willing to pay for the convenience of going in my lunch break,
