I so wanted to like this salon as it is so local to my office but after a few visits I won’t be returning. I always book an appointment and end up waiting for a spot as they accept too many walk ins and don’t observe the booking system. My manicure was so rushed and messy I really hate how it looks and I left with two cuts on my fingers. They water down the gel colours so much that my nails feel thinner than if they just had nail polish on them (and I paid extra for builder base coat!)

I was very disappointed in the first minute. I booked appointment for acrylic extension. They said it actually cost more. We agreed I pay the difference. On my toes we ended up doing gel which I was happy to do so it’s cheaper and no need for extra payment but I got a different colour from what I chose. The lady was not happy with my colour, she said I need a darker one from my nails so she done it under the table. I couldn’t see until it was ready. On top of these when another professional tried to remove the acrylic we realised they used MMA a cheap and harmful monomer. It left marks on my nail and took ages to get rid of it.
