When I arrived for my booking I found out that there wasn’t a nail tech assigned to me. Instead, 4 nail techs were working on 5-6 customers at the same time, switching seats. We finished 30mins later than was advertised, and this was a lunch time booking, so I was quite stressed towards the end. Due to the busyness they also didn’t sanitise the working table/towels between us, so I ended up holding my arms in the air, I didn’t want to put them on that towel. The removal went well, nails look ok

Took a really long time as they kept starting other people’s nails. I understand they have a business to run, however they left me with my fingers in acetone for too long and then rushed the nails so they could get to the next client.

Fast service, good selection of colours but it peeled after 3 days (pretty much without doing any dish washing).
