I love my visits to Platinum Hair and Beauty and wasn't disappointed the lady that did my pedicure was lovely and my gel nails looked great. My only (slight complaint) was the treatment should have been 1 hour but I had less than 45 minutes as they were running over 15 minutes late! This wouldn't put me off going back or recommended it but at £32 didn't feel like the normal value for money.
