Graham was really lovely. I didn't realize the salon had literally just opened in this particular location! Regardless, Graham spends as much time and attention as needed to get a really great cut. His years of experience and attention to detail is obvious in the final cut. It was cut straight and looks great, yet when air drying it wavey/curly, it looks equally great!

The appointment was cancelled last minute due to the salon owner’s health issues- diabetes. Other reviews state he has done this several times before. I did not see the email he sent to cancel, so arrived at the salon only to see it was closed. I don’t know why he didn’t inform me by the app/phone, as I would then have got an alert on my screen. Salon is signposted ‘Zest Cafe’, and also seems to go by ‘Purple Hairdressing’. I would not book again.

Booked in for me and my daughter, unfortunately there was only one person working. Arrived early for the appointment, there was one other person sat waiting, 15 mins before my pre booked appointment the lady who had not booked was seen and left me and my 7 year old waiting a further hour. There was no high seat for my daughter so she was left to sit on towels, the comb and scissors were not sterile, 3 hours later my daughters hair was done. I didn’t even manage to get my hair done with the time
