Kajal was lovely and very understanding and accommodating, unfortunately the wax itself I would not recommend. The quality of the wax isn’t great as it kept crumbling and the technique used was not great either, as a result it was the most painful wax ever and the wax kept getting stuck. There was also a man knocking on the door many times throughout the treatment and she did open the door slightly once or twice which made me a bit uncomfortable.
