I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to getting waxed as they are so painful I leave the saloon in tears. Kajal was patient with me and professional throughout. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay pain and comfort wise. this was the most perfect wax I’ve ever had. Pain was a 3/10 at best usually 11/10 for me. She has the softest hands and left no hair unrooted. honestly can’t believe how relaxed I felt. the service and quality is unmatched . This is how my forever place.

I have never needed to leave a bad review but I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else ! Kajal could see the wax wasn’t working and continued to tug on my private area and blamed me for sweating when the wax was clearly too gummy and hadn’t dried. She put powder after the wax instead of before and left my clothing with bits of pink wax all over. The area is patchy and still has hair and wax on it. My skin is still extremely irritated.

Really the sweetest lady ever. I was sick when i had my eyebrows done and she gave me tea tree to breathe in and she gave an incredible head massage. She gave me some recommendations for my flu and she gave great service. Listens to what you want about eyebrows and does them perfectly!
