i'm quite scared of needles however Louisa was very understanding and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. she's exceptionally friendly, gave me lots of good advice and was extremely proficient. it's been about two weeks since i got the botox and my forehead is looking great & line free. i'll be going back here plenty.
