Not had eye brow lamination before & was quite nervous about it.
Luc understood & really listened to my needs & wants. He had me at ease pretty much straight away & delivered an amazing result.He also explained everything to me & feel he is an asset to the company.Nothing was too much trouble you can tell he is so passionate & caring about his job & also in what people want the results to be.
