Staff are super nice and caring, and the atmosphere in the place is great, nice interior design and cute doggo. I recommend doing the Brows here, I love. it. However, there are space for improvement: the cleanliness of the place (i.e. sweep the floor, toilet, and change towels - I have got some tiny hairs, microfibres and tiny bits that got onto my nail polish) ...consider file the surface of the nails before the final gel top coat so they would appear smooth and aesthetic. Also, I suggest using a new wooden stick each time when dipping into the wax warmer - got a rash for a few days, not sure was it due to that or my skin being sensitive. Considering this is a very new store, I believe this is just a learning curve
