Staff are super nice and caring, and the atmosphere in the place is great, nice interior design and cute doggo. I recommend doing the Brows here, I love. it. However, there are space for improvement: the cleanliness of the place (i.e. sweep the floor, toilet, and change towels - I have got some tiny hairs, microfibres and tiny bits that got onto my nail polish) ...consider file the surface of the nails before the final gel top coat so they would appear smooth and aesthetic. Also, I suggest using a new wooden stick each time when dipping into the wax warmer - got a rash for a few days, not sure was it due to that or my skin being sensitive. Considering this is a very new store, I believe this is just a learning curve

Beautiful trendy new salon in Fulham. The staff were really friendly and offered helpful advice. I went for a dark colour so it lasted longer throughout my holiday. I would definitely advise going for dark as after the shower it is quite a bit lighter than when first applied. It lasted for 5 days + and faded nice and evenly. The nails were great and still going strong, great choice of colours. It would be nice if they offered ombré gel nails.

Had an express Dermalogica facial. The products used were nice but the facial was a bit too rough and the extractions were painful. So overall not the best experience.
