Lisa is an experiencer technician, her extensions were perfect. However, i felt a little bit of coldness from her, additionally I told her it was my first extension and she didn't warn me that it takes some time to get used to it (as I was shocked by unexpected pain). I wish she have told me earlier, so i wouldnt be so stressed.
Fortunately at the end of my visit, lovely owner calmed me down and warned me it takes up to 3 days to get used to it and now its perfectly fine :)

Latifah is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She knows what she is doing and takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for. I’m moving out of the area soon but will travel back to Chiswick any time I need to get my hair done. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff! Such a nicer environment than the chain salons and you can tell that the staff are happy to work together.

The woman was really lovely but the treatments were not thorough and the equipment was not to a high cleaning standard.
