The best service! Latifah is amazing, always explains everything and always does the best job. Love this salon and will definitely come back again.
The overall experience was just.The appointment was slightly delayed,therefore the whole experience felt rushed and as a result the haircut is not sitting right. Social distancing between me and the customer before me was not observed.I was sat down for hair wash and the lady before me was sitting right next to me.I understand that somebody was squeezed in between appointments, that is not professional, especially if there's a first time customer like me.I'm sorry, but I will not be coming back.
I ordered a hair cut and a hair wash.
I needed to trim the ends but after I came home I realised that she missed a strand of hair and it was left untrimmed.
Also my hair was still wet when I left the salon.
But apart from that it was quick and a hairdresser was nice.
So lovely! Best atmosphere, amazingly pretty salon, and lovely kind staff. They listened to me and did exactly what I wanted, so pleased! Will definitely be coming back xx
