Lisa was nice. Firstly the polish on my hands was done poorly, there are many visible bumps and the finish is not smooth like it should be. I had to explain several times that she hadn’t filed my nails evenly. This salon do the scrub after applying gel which doesn’t work well. Was charged for shellac removal without being informed when I called and said I needed it, which was an extra £10! Appt took over 2 hours.

I would certainly recommend the the Deluxe Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure. Poison Ivy is really lovely, the service is great and I love the atmosphere!
