Very friendly - unfortunately within a few days one of my nails had already come off completely although I was not doing anything to put a lot of stress on the nail.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this salon. I showed a picture of what I wanted to the nail technician who told me it would be £9 more than what I paid. I agreed. She then did a terrible job and knew it herself as she said it wouldn't cost any extra in the end and admitted that she did not know exactly how to do what I had asked for. She then laughed. My nails looked messy and amateur, extremely disappointing. I had to go elsewhere have them removed and redone on the same day.
