Unfortunately I did not have a great experience as the salon made me pay again for a service I had already paid in the app. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I tried to explain and they did not accept it, and the staff was talking to each other instead of addressing the matter with. It was very awkward and made me feel very uncomfortable.
