The treatment was extremely rushed. I booked an appointment with them yet my nails only got started on 40 minutes later and I had already paid £8 in parking costs. Overall the finished look is nice however during I had to let the nail tech know multiple times to slow down and do things properly as there was gaps of acrylic in my nails. At one point she suggested I went home and fixed a nail myself. I expect to leave with everything done to basic standard when I’m paying £50 for my nails.

Very professional and polite practitioner, had attention to detail and communicated clearly about my wants and likes. Really impressed and will return!
