1. Booked the appointment with Kelly. Did not get Kelly.
2. The treatment was 30 mins instead of 1h 30m.
3. The outcome of the manicure & pedicure is shoddy. One would NOT say you have been to one.
4. Was with 2 other customers in the shop that day, both were unsatisfied with the service.
5. I would NOT come here again. With the price you pay, you are much better off looking elsewhere.

The pedicure was all right, but nothing to rave about. The worst part was that I was made to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time because they prioritised walk in customers who arrived before me.
