The tools used for the treatment were not clean nor sterile. There is nail dust everywhere and the gel polish used for the treatment was of some no-name brand ( some bottles were on the shelf for a long time - you can see how the polish separates into layers in the bottle). The staff was ok- quiet man, no conversation. Very quick, it took less than 35 mins!
