I had a gel manicure, paid extra for a nail art add on. They were clearly very over booked at the salon.I waited for 30 mins after my treatment time and there was no explanation or apology. I should have probably left but I'd paid through treatwell and didn't want to loose my money.I asked for some simple line work nail art and even simplified it further since they were busy. They really rushed my nails and seemed like they just wanted me out to be honest.The result isn't great, I won't be back.

The treatment was extremely rushed. I booked an appointment with them yet my nails only got started on 40 minutes later and I had already paid £8 in parking costs. Overall the finished look is nice however during I had to let the nail tech know multiple times to slow down and do things properly as there was gaps of acrylic in my nails. At one point she suggested I went home and fixed a nail myself. I expect to leave with everything done to basic standard when I’m paying £50 for my nails.
