First of all they did not have my booking from treatwell. I had to come back which I was fine about as I live close by. Then they didn’t have my treatment booked in. They only had one biab colour! They then said they can do biab and apply a nude colour I wanted on top. My nails do not look natural and look like they have so many layers on them. It’s horrible.
When the therapist was doing my nails she was on her phone watching videos!! This will be on their cctv! I usually go elsewhere!
