My mini manicure and gel pedicure with Ramona was a relaxing experience. This was my second visit to Polished and I will be returning. Ramona has a calm, professional demeanour and is incredibly friendly. Customers at Polished are always offered hot or cold drinks and made to feel very welcome. Bit of confusion with opening hours on the door when I arrived (it said closed Mondays) and a booking via TW on a Monday - but the door was open when I pushed it and all was fine.
