I took my daughter to get navel pierced and Ramona was so sweet and professional. She gave my daughter lots of info and she kept her chatting so she was distracted whilst she did the piercing. Ramona is a very lovely person and she was so welcoming and warm. My daughter and I would certainly recommend friends & family to go to Polished. Highly recommended.
