Ramona was really kind, friendly, and put my daughter at ease. She explained everything very clearly and did an excellent job, there have been no oroblems or pain with the piercing and my daughter is thrilled with it.

Got my ear pierced by Ramona and honestly, she made the whole thing feel easier than deciding what to have for lunch. Super professional and she somehow made a needle through my ear feel like no big deal. The salon was spotless, she walked me through everything, and I left feeling more fabulous and way less nervous than when I walked in.
