I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews, especially as the therapist was really lovely. But want to inform others of my experience. I thought the massage itself was quite poor and I’m not sure the therapist was appropriately qualified / experienced for the treatment, based on how full body massages should usually be undertaken. Plus the room was pretty brightly lit and not very relaxing. Not sure I would go back

Venue was as ever spotless. Waxing was good and straightforward.
Had first ever manicure at this salon - it was ok ... basic manicure was very basic and the polish hasn't lasted very long so I'll probably revert back to my usual nail bar for future manicures.
