Richard & I have been going to Polished so regularly that we can chat easily with Ramona & Swarti easily. They are excellent therapists and it's always a pleasure seeing them. As ever from me, thank you for the regularly topped up Prosecco 😀.

Ramona was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She helped to reassure my daughter who was quite nervous about having her ears pierced for the first time. I would thoroughly recommend Ramona and Polished for a first class service.
