Lady was nice & kind but she cut a very hefty length of my hair, i wanted layers and face framing fringe but it seems like she was just chopping. Normally hairdresser uses two diff scissors but with her just one. My hair cut look more of chopped that styled. I respect that she had training and all but haircut is awful.
