I arrived 15 minutes early, was greeted immediately by a very friendly member of staff. I was asked to take a seat, I used the bathroom which was really clean and a nice environment.
I enjoyed my hair wash, it was very gentle and relaxing.
The stylist asked me what I wanted and gave her opinion once asked, she was very respectful.
The service was fast and efficient and I got exactly what I wanted.
I do feel as though it would have been better if clients were offered a drink...water, tea or coffee. As this is something I see as a standard in most hairdressers. But that was the only issue.
