She hasn't done what i requested. I just wanted to cut the ends and cut down the volume. She did the cut, and asked if I wanted straight or curl drying: I tried curl . When she finish there wasn't any curl and was something I could do myself at home . Because I complained straight away, an other collegue that speak some English explain that they couldn't do the volume because I asked to cut straight ( these never happen in any hairdresser I been before ) , so at that point she changed a bit for my request. Was better at the end but not super . Not worth the money
