Lara was welcoming, patient and professional. It was easy to relax under her care, as the atmosphere was calming. She explained how she would approach the lymphatic drainage massage with me, and asked me if I had any preferences or requests. I was really tired afterwards, she gave me a lot of advice and I have booked some follow up appointments with her.
