Very happy to have done the two hour and the facial lymphatic drainage with Lara. She was very professional and attentive to my needs. Made sure that we stayed away from the products which I am allergic to and asked me how I felt.

Lara helped relax and stretch muscles in my back and shoulders, improving my recovery from a minor injury. She really knows how to find and work the trouble spots, giving them firm treatment without crossing over into painful. I also liked the hot rocks technique.
