2nd time here, was AWFUL. Mani/pedi & both technicians made me bleed, toes swollen & sore 2 days later.
Pedicure - wanted round filing shape but got every toe different shape. Polish not applied well, only did 1 coat & pedicurist complained to colleagues when I asked for 2nd coat.
Manicure - had a really long natural nail I wanted to keep length, Chi cut it short without asking where to cut. Problems with polish application too. Chi has zero interest in clients, felt like a number not a human.
