Lovely experience as usual with shellac manicure. Fresh, bright and clean salon with friendly staff. Riley took great care with my nails especially as one had split and his reinforcement has lasted for four weeks, so very impressed.

2nd time here, was AWFUL. Mani/pedi & both technicians made me bleed, toes swollen & sore 2 days later.
Pedicure - wanted round filing shape but got every toe different shape. Polish not applied well, only did 1 coat & pedicurist complained to colleagues when I asked for 2nd coat.
Manicure - had a really long natural nail I wanted to keep length, Chi cut it short without asking where to cut. Problems with polish application too. Chi has zero interest in clients, felt like a number not a human.
