The only hairdresser i have stuck with in years! Gavin responds to you every time as if you are a new client, listens to how things have been to manage at home unlike so many who fall in to the habit of thinking they "know" your hair. Hair changes! Gavin responds to this. He puts up with tweaks to colour and responds to condition change. All this and he makes me laugh.
