Everything was ok, I liked the colour at the end. What was not ok is that at the end I had to pay more, as it appeared I got extra service and noone told me the price of it. I paid extra £50 for roots. And for sure I would go with this option, but I'd like to be told beforehand. Also the haircut was more a trim than a haircut & took only 5 minutes. What I also didn't understand is having 2 clients at the same time. It should be quite stressful for the hairdresser to run from one to another.

I've liked this salon since the first time I went in 2020. It's small, friendly, the stylists are skilled and I'm always happy with the results. It can be a mite chilly in the mornings in winter, that's the only drawback!

Have been getting my hair cut and coloured at Pomo for years, have seen most of the stylists and never a bad experience. Rachel was fab, found the perfect colour and I’m delighted with the reviews.
