Overall, I am very happy with the final outcome of eyelash tint and eyebrow wax, however, there were a few concerns that I had.
Firstly, I was using a birthday voucher and had pre-paid for an eyelash tint and eyebrow wax. I explained clearly what I wanted to the first beautician who was really lovely and friendly, explaining that I really don't like eyebrow threading and to please wax only. However, halfway through the eyelash tinting, she swapped for another beautician who started threading my eyebrows which was really painful. She then told me that I really should get an eyebrow tint as well. I told her I wasn't planning to get this procedure, shared some of my hesitations, and she said "I'm going to do it, trust me, I will do it really light." So she tinted my eyebrows, and to her credit, it was a really nice colour. When I finished the treatment she informed me that I owe 8 pounds due to the extra service. I used a treatwell gift voucher for this visit and I wasnt too impressed when she asked me for to pay an extra 8 pounds. I thought it was quite sneaky. It's not the cost that's an issue, it it more the principle of pushing for extra treatments and not informing the customer of the extra cost prior to the treatment.
