The salon is small and wasn't what I am used to when it comes to pedicures, for the money I paid.... They used a foot bath that you can buy in Argos and just used exfoliator on my feet and that was that!!
The website stated my treatments would take an hour and ten minutes so I allowed for an hour and a half. After an hour and ten minutes, she only just completed my pedicure so I said that I don't have time for a full manicure just shellac - however I still got charged for a full manicure.
I can't fault my nails though, they look great. Just wasn't a great experience in there.
Pedicure wasn't very sofisticated, didn't have any equipment apart from the old fashioned items you cal buy on a supermarket for a quick fix.something i could have done myself at home, painful at times too.
Staff werent very welcoming but it could have been because it was a very hot day. The waxing room didnt have light so most hairs werent spotted at first and had to ask to redo the waxing
So and so as an experience as the member of staff who ended up takingc are of the waxing treatment had a bit of a weird tone. I understand everybody can have their own bad day but you cannot just live the client with pieces of wax on them and also the aloe vera lotion midway!
