The lady was lovely very friend and attentive. I don't fault the person at all.
This was her first job. I understand that people have to start somewhere but I have had plenty of pedicures before and never in my life had after the 1st day had it chip off. My toes usually last up to a month. My underneath of my feet are still rough. Just have to next time learn and pick wisely where I have them done.
The pedicure was very good and although the therapist didn't speak very good English, we were able to understand each other. The area where I had the treatment was a bit small and not the most comfortable. But it was good value for money and my feet felt great afterwards.
I chose to come here for half a head of highlights after reading the positive reviews and after my regular hairdresser moved out of London. I'm really sorry and upset that I did!! I was left with peroxide blond bits, dark patches where my roots had been randomly highlighted and orangey bits. All in all a stripey disaster. The cut was awful as well. When I called to express my upset at the state of my hair and the money it cost me I was patronised and told that 'you would never be happy with your hair' and 'you paid nothing for it anyway' by Shiva the person who passes herself off as a hairdresser. She was incredibly rude. I wouldn't call £60 nothing!! I did ask to speak to the manager but was told he would call and when I asked for his name she said she didn't know. At this point I was in tears about the state of my hair and made an appointment elsewhere to get it sorted. The hairdresser I saw at another salon couldn't believe what had been done to my hair and it took 3 hrs to correct it and cost me another £69. This is the worst experience I have ever had, do not waste your money. There are plenty of other hair salons that charge a similar price and do a good job.
