Despite the slight delay, the haircut was great, the staff are very busy sometimes, but they still do a fantastic job. Oh yeah and the coffee I was offered with my service was really nice also.

The lady who shaped my eyebrows created the perfect arch that I always wanted but couldn’t quite get before, she was very friendly and polite. It was definitely the best threading treatment I have ever had in London.

The best service I have received for damaged hair, it was very professional, I’d highly recommend the L’oreal treatment to anyone who has chemically treated hair.
DO NOT go here for a manicure or pedicure. I went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure however I regretting it as soon as a sat down. The place is not clean and I don't think they sterilise their tool. I've has this manicure for 5 days and it's pealing away like normal nail polish. I haven't been using my hands for anything that would damage shellac nails (haven't even cooked!) and believe this is happening because she used a random nail polish and dodgy UV light. For the pedicure she peeled away so much skin that my heels were cut and sore. This was the most unprofessional mani pedi I've ever had or thought could even exist. Left me wondering if she had any qualifications to do nails.
Great job as usual, services at this salon are great value for money, also they are kind enough to give Dermalogica samples every time I go in.
