Went in to get my nail polish changed and ended up trying the shellac nail treatment, they have lasted for five days now, we'll see if they'll last three weeks as promised :)
My experience was OK. The ladies were really nice but I waited an hour for my appointment, they didn't apologies or make any concession and in the end I'm really not very happy with the results.
I won't be going back.
Fantastic job as usual, my skin was a bit red after the treatment but they had this dermalogica skin product for redness relief which was really helpful.

The actual haircut and colouring was lovely. Tina styled it very well.
However, I was made to wait an hour after my slot before any treatment was started. My hair is a long process however the longest I have ever had to be in the hair dressing chair was 2.5hours. In total during this visit I was at the venue for 5 hours, which in my eyes is excessive.
Toner and a treatment was used on my hair, at every other salon these have been inclusive of the price. The advert did not dictate that these would be extra, and I was not informed that it would be extra either.
In the end rather than paying £45, which I expected to pay and believed was a correct charge, I had to pay £45 for hair colour, plus £28 for a hair cut and an extra £20 for the toner and treatment. This is well in excess of anything I have ever experienced, especially when I was not informed.
Like I said, the actual hair style is nice. But I would not have gone if I had known I was paying £93 for it.
