I really liked the end product. My hair ended up looking great. The stylist could've been a bit gentler—it did feel like she was pulling on my hair a bit. Overall, definitely worth the money.
I was not aware that strip wax was going to be used instead of hot wax. The result was not very good and the treatment itself was a lot more painful than I have had in the past. I will not be recommending this venue to others.
This salon is nothing special to look at but the end result was perfect. The beautician wasn't the best I've ever come across and she didn't seem to understand my request to make a small change to how the tint was done to protect my sensitive skin, but she was really lovely and for the extremely good price I can't complain about the service. However the fumes from the manicures was almost overwhelming and much worse than I've ever smelt anywhere else and I would be genuinely worried for the health of the staff due to this!
It was excellent value for money- £35 for Shellac Manicure and pedicure- I have had better manicures in the past but you aren't going to find better value for money in Central London. The staff were friendly; they brought me tea and a mice pie and there was nice music playing throughout! I was a bit cold and the pedicure could've been more relaxing!
