Really disappointed with my appointment because I had such a great experience last time! Booked myself as a treat for my birthday. I had my hair washed and then the stylist just went around my head with a pair of scissors (there was no sectioning or time spent cutting it properly/making everything even). It felt really rushed and careless.
I loved the length but when I got home I noticed how lopsided it was, I ended up having to cut it myself to fix it and even it out. A waste of money.
It was the most terrible and scary experience. Maria started shouting at me in the start and said I should have rejected as why didn't you make a direct booking with me. She was really rude. She started blowdrying and burnt my ear twice and the scalp multiple times. I was in tears. I felt so weak and vulnerable. Then she started asking for more money.
I wouldn't wish for anyone to go through something like this.
