Era was absolutely lovely, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, and helped me to make sure the haircut was at the perfect length! I was really happy with the finished look, the layers were cut beautifully and looked very professional! The blowdry was also done effortlessly and overall I felt my hair looked 10x healthier than it did when I came in! Couldn’t be happier 😊
