I’m not entirely sure how to rate this experience. The stylist I booked with was not there and she did not have her phone turned on either. I have no idea who done the hair cut. On arrival the first person I spoke to did not understand what I was saying which was not very helpful, but the lady who took over was great. I booked full head colour and was offered only roots, in the end the treatment was for a wash, cut and blow dry/straighten. I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one had a clue.
