The environment at Poshmina was beyond welcoming and I was greeted with a warm smile from Rita as soon as I arrived. She gave me a run down of the treatment since was my first time having a silk press. She was very gentle but also thorough, and also gave me some general tips about caring for my hair.

I’d tried cutting my hair myself earlier and had ruined it. Rita was really nice, calmed my nerves and styled my hair better than I could have imagined. I’m so confident with my new hair now!
